I visited Livwell clinic when I was at my worst in life, suffering from severe OCD, depression and being at rock bottom, things were looking bleak but I finally gave treatment a chance. I Believe I picked the right psychiatrist in pune. They offer therapy too which for me was ERP (A part of CBT used for OCD) Although I didn't had many sessions due to some personal reasons but they sure do offer ERP which is gold standard treatment for OCD. Another thing which would be professional and help a lot is that they print the workbook or homework which a therapist gives you, I say this because I was asked to create my own in a notebook, which is a chore and could be tedious, It is not that big of a deal but having a template and sheets prepared before-hand would be professional and would provide ease to the one undergoing treatment.
